Dear Auntie Dianna, I'm one year old today so I thought I'd let you know how I'm getting on since I went to live with my new mummy and daddy (Julie and Tony Thwaites) when I was just eight weeks old. Firstly, house training was relatively easy. Daddy kept taking me into the garden and saying

Dear Dianna You may recall we bought Mandarin & Maverick from you last September and named them Morse & Lewis. Last Wednesday, 28th July, was their first birthday and we thought you might like to see how they’re coming along. They’ve developed into a pair of real characters and rule the roost. Although we’ve had our challenges with two of them, we couldn’t be without them. As you can see, they have developed into two very handsome young dogs, and they melt hearts with everyone who sees them. Anyway, we hope you are well. We bought our beagle Samuel, from you back in August 1998, he was born in July. His son a pup from Storm Away. Sadly we lost Samuel last November after a long battle with skin cancer, every one including the vets were amazed how Samuel battled till the very end. We was a true champion in our hearts and we all miss him very much. He was a very cheeky chap and full of character. We would like to thank the Dialynne kennels for breeding such a loveable and funny family friend.

Hi Dianne Please find attached some pics of the puppy we bought from you her name was Dotty but we renamed her Tizzie. She is doing really well & has settled in really well. Tizzie is a fun loving member of our family now she gets up to mischief when we leave her but we are getting there. We are loving the walks & the training she sits when told waits for her food & toys, she has her own toy box. We are looking forward to taking her camping in the new forest in the summer. I'm not sure whether this photo will qualify for your gallery, but this is my boy Ted, who was sired by Corkie, and is from the litter bred by Kim Coulson in Dronfield. I had always wanted one of your puppies, having had a descendant of Dialynne Huntsman approx 40 years ago (!), and Ted is every bit as beautiful as our first beagle was. I realise that the majority of your pictures are a little more upright than this, but he is a very laid back beagle !

Dear Auntie Dianna, I'm two years old today and thought I'd let you know I'm still getting on fine with my mummy and daddy. (Julie and Tony Thwaites) Daddy nearly slipped up today and got my birthday date wrong. Mummy got it right though. She's bought me lot of presents, good eh! Well doesn't time fly. It's been a good year. No mis-haps; no unnecessary visits to Mr Vet. Mummy and daddy now have a touring caravan so that I can go with them on holidays. We have lots of hol's, it's great. I've enclosed a photo of me in the caravan and also a second photo just to prove, when at home, I'm still mischievous. I do hope your keeping well yourself. Best regards Chloe P.S. Dear Dianna Just a quick note to say that Bingo is settling in really well and had his first walk outdoors yesterday. He's already so much part of the family after only 3 weeks we can hardly remember a time when we didn't have him! Housetraining was a breeze - he just wanted to be clean. Obedience training classes start Thursday but he already sits and fetches on command! Thought you might like to see this picture to see he us growing into a fine figure of a dog. As promised (and very late!), a couple of photos of our darling Hugo. He is the most wonderful dog and we all adore him. He has a fantastic temprement and is very intelligent! He was house trained 3 weeks after we got him and he is superb on the lead (he doesn't pull!). We couldn't have asked for a better dog and to top it all he is extremely handsome! I get comments wherever I go. People are always stopping me to tell me how gorgeous my dog is. Thank you so much for our beautiful Hugo.

Hi Diane, I thought you would be interested to see pictures of Scout (previously All About Me). She is now such a big part of our family, we all love her and wondered what we ever did without her. She's settled in really well, sleeps all through the night, and much of the day, but when she is awake, she's very active. Loves running in the park, loves other dogs and is very playful. We're in the middle of puppy training so that one day we can take her off the lead and know she'll come back - and we're working hard on it. She's such a beautiful dog and we can't take her for a walk without being stops every few yards for someone to pat her. I must tell you, I was in Hampstead High Street the other day and a woman stopped me because she has a beagle. When she asked me where I got her and I said Dialynne, she said 'wow, they are the best breeders, they're dogs are just beautiful'! That's a great plug for you. $We thought you might like to see how Monty is getting on. After 2 fractious days he managed to charm Jazzy (our 6 year old chocolate labrador bitch) and now they are inseparable. So much so that which ever bed Jazzy chooses he insists on sleeping with her. His mischief and playfulness is a constant source of entertainment for the boys. Just wanted to share a picture of our girl. Have had the pleasure of lola for 1yr and 8 months. We absolutely love her to bits. She now goes sailing most weekends although she doesn’t like swimming that much. She adores cuddles and sleeping…!!!

Another update on Toby who is almost 11 months old, this was taken on his first trip to the seaside. We love having him as part of our family even if he is a cheeky little scoundrel at times!!

I recently stumbled across your website and thought you might be interested in the following pictures. This is Pete (Diallyne whispering storm) he recently turned 8 on the 21 march, I purchased him from yourselves in 2005 and he has bought me 8 years of immense joy and hopefully another 8 years to come :) He's full of character and mischief, I recently had to buy a new fridge as he had chewed a hole through the door of my last one (he also managed to break through the four child locks I had on it!) but I wouldn't change a thing about him. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

A couple of pictures of Cali (Dialynne Treacle Tart). Couldn't have wished for a better dog, she has settled in so well, we all love her to pieces! Many people told us not to get a Beagle, but it is the best decision we ever made!

Hi there - just wanted to send you this pic (obviously taken earlier this year) of the gorgeous Maddison (now called Monty or Mr Montgomery if he's naughty!) He is absolutely wonderful, loves the kids and knows many tricks like how to open doors by standing on his legs and pulling the handle down, zoom into the fridge the second it's opened and also the dishwasher and has a bit of a thing about my daughters pink cuddly teddy bears!!! I have seen another beagle recently in our village which looks like it may be a dialynne beagle ? Also, one of the mums from school who has an autistic daughter is hopefully having a beagle from you, I had passed on your details to her so hope they are as happy as we are! All the best for now and thankyou again for a gorgeous beagle who is a big part of our family.

Thought you might like an update on Mylo(Dalynne Quintas) now he is 18months old. He is a really smashing little dog who I love to bits, has the most lovely nature. I lost my other dog sadly in April but he has settled well to being an only dog. He is the most fantastic companion. His Agility is going really well and he has moved up to the Top class, still have to get him doing the weaves on his own and not be guided through but we are getting there. The Obedience is going really well also, at the Dog Club I go to he is on the Team for the League Matches we compete in during the Winter. At the last within the Club Trophy Day the Judge said he had a load of potential and that was back in March. Have had fun showing him in the Novelty classes at Companion Dog Shows during the Summer. Just a picture of Lilly ( Dialynne Physical ) sired by Red Hot Chilli Pepper that we purchased from you on October 2012. She is doing really well and is very close to our other Beagle Mali. Thanks again for providing us with such a beautiful and good natured dog.

Hello, we bought a Beagle puppy from you on the 24.06.06 and it says on your website you'd like to have some photographs of them if people have one. She was born on 30.04.06. Lilly's father was International and World Ch Dailynne Gambit and her mother was Konstanza Koncerto. Lilly is 9 years old, but still going strong! Thank you for providing us with such a lovely dog. :-)

We bought the above puppies form you in May, so just thought we would send you the attached photos for your website. They have both settled in remarkably well, growing fast and full of mischief! Both completely different characters, Molly is definitely the naughty one, always up to no good and an attention seeker.... Roscoe on the other hand is quite timid and lovable. I would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much for out two lovely little bundles of joy....they are just perfect! Take care
